Global Imagination® makes the Magic Planet® digital video globe - an interactive digital platform with a sphere-shaped screen that enhances learning and deepens understanding. Working with leading organizations like NASA, NOAA, and The Smithsonian Insitution, we have built a rich library of authoritative content that enables our customers to share dynamic global information in the most interactive and intuitive way possible.

Where We Are

Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Global Imagination sells its line of Magic Planets to schools, museums, planetariums, libraries, visitor centers and entertainment venues in more than 43 countries around the world. The Chinese Ministry of Education is our largest single customer. They've purchased 80% of our current 2013 production capacity. We are now looking to scale the business rapidly, because every learning environment deserves to benefit from the Magic Planet.

How It Works

The Magic Planet allows you to view and interactively explore dynamic digital media of the earth and other planets, as well as to watch and interact with experiential marketing or entertainment media. Its sphere-shaped screen allows you to present global information and global context by itself, or in conjunction with a wide array of tools such as interactive whiteboards, personal computers and mobile devices.
